all this excitement isthanks of United Utilities and their great idea of changing our water to this rubbish stuff that makes tea taste weird and screws up the kettle!

If I said what I thought of Trump I would not only be banned from here but probably arrested!

What a choice. A raving loon or a vacuous idiot. I'm not even sure which of them is which!

Put me in charge, I'll sort the place out. National service, Bermuda shorts, pith helmets, swagger sticks, and thats just the police! A vote for Drago is a vote for common sense!!!

Oh and
My wife had an appointment in Prescot yesterday late afternoon and the main shopping road (pedestrianised) was filled with excited and happy kids dressed up as witches and skeltons and the like
There was a "trail" where they went round loads of different shops that had things for them

they were all having a great time

then we went to her sister's house - and all the kids in the street were going all round knocking on doors and getting sweets and stuff

The sister-in-law was constantly up and down answering the door and handing out bags of sweets and everyone loved it

all very nice to see

but thankfully our road has not one single pumpkin and there seems to be a sort of subliminal sign at the start of the road that kids can see - saying
"Grumpy Old Gits only - no sweets available - sod off!"

so we didn;t see any kids here
nice to see them on oitehr people's street though

and no problem sor trouble of any kind
(in spite of the parents of the kids on the sister-in-law's street are mostly "known to the Police" in one way or another!!!!!!)

There definitely off my menu list since my recent Cholesterol test.Might have them once a month rather than once a week 😥

Fish, done in airfryeer
Wholemeal bread/barms
Peas
A Few chips, done in airfryer.
I can't see too much cholesterol in that.
Of course I am no culinary expert.

Did you not do that last month as well?

What a lovely morning here. Very pleasant riverside trail done. I needed the head torch until 6.45 when it got light enough to see without it.
I didn't like to mention that but.......

Good morning. Grey, damp, miserable. I haven't got out of bed yet. I know. I know. Is this an imposter you ask? Paul still in bed at 10.15!!! I had a bucket load of admin to do so laptop, coffee and cosy was the order of the day. I need to get up and do my exercise routine. That's all I have planned for the day.

I'm developing a new sleep routine. It seems to be going quite well. Go to bed around 9.15/9.30pm and go to sleep. That's easy for me. I then wake around1.30/2.00am, get up, do stuff, read the paper, do the crossword and by 3.30/4.00 I'm ready to sleep again to around 7.00am. It's broken in to two distinct sections but overall I'm getting more sleep. I'm hoping this will develop well.

I’ve been feeling sleepy when watching the tv in the evenings yet when I go to bed I seem to be wide awake again and toss and turn quite a bit of the night. It’s really annoying.
