Just had a circular from Virgin Media saying they are laying fibre in the street, but reading reviews of them sounds like they are best avoided. I can’t see me switching.
Worth checking with then when you need to renew next
at least so you can use their price to try for a reduction for your current lot
Personally I used Virgin for many years and their customer service was brilliant
but over the years it went downhill until at one point the positively lied to me about fixing a problem when I was certain they had not
but unfortunately the actual proof only came to light later that day so I couldn;t call him a liar to his face
from then on I have taken the attitude of Sky and Virgin being the same so it just comes down to price
I used to much prefer the Virgin interface on the telly
but since we switched back a months or so ago - after being with Sky for 18 months - then it has gone more iPad like which is pointless for a damn telly!!!
