A decent innings.

Out of interest, what do us Oldies consider a decent innings?

85-90, reasonable health ie fully mobile & self-sufficient and no brain impairment. That will do me just fine.

Time is whizzing by so quickly it doesn’t seem all that far away now!

It’s 13 years since I packed in work and it sometimes feels like yesterday! If the next 13 years go as quick I’ll be 78 tomorrow.

I'm 68 next month, so... if I get lucky that's only 17-22 years to go. The new millenium started nearly 24 years ago. And that seems like only yesterday.

Round about next week if the DVLA don't phone me back with some answers

They phoned be back and now my appel will go in to the next stage all because I misunderstood one question on my diabetes

I must admit, the older I get the more I think about and as you say the time is going faster and faster. I to would be quite happy to live another 50 years

Been busy with gardening.Weather often intervened.Also tidying a very untidy garage.

We had a new arrival today Nine week old Cocker Spaniel called Alfie

After are last Cocker died we said never again but couldn’t resist this one
