'Tis indeed horrible weather.
SiL will be back later after visiting his Mum. I will make us a curry later....... This one will be from scratch ie using a mix of spices etc.

Cooooooeeee. I have thrown the ingredients for a loaf of bread into the bread maker so hopefully I will have magically produced a loaf in 4 hours, or a mess depending on whether or not it works. I'm always amazed when it does f9r some reason.

A friend of mine has just bought a bread maker and for some reason has started with Spelt....... Substituting that for wholemeal. She says it was a real success.
I will give it a try when this new bag of flour has gone.

Blowing a hoolie out there at the moment and we had a lot of rain overnight.
Off to Bridgwater for some shopping this morning, if the main road isn't flooded.

Morning. I see you have sent your rain up here! I got caught in a shower when I was out and did the riverside trail. I still enjoyed it though. As long as you have decent gear there’s no real excuse for not still getting out.

World sight hound day.
We had only 116 Greys yesterday compared to 149 last year due possibly to adverse weather. 99 dogs have died racing so far this year. Not good.

Very sad , did they die racing on the track ?
