Morning, I had the 💩 during the night, don't know what caused that, maybe it's the iron tablets.

Iron tablets usually have the opposite effect.

Braised beef for us with carrots and potatoes today, done In the slow cooker.

Coooooeeee. 6 deg here and dampish. Feels really cold inside.

We have a thermometer outside and it says 4 deg. That's more like it.

Done the ironing, washed some clothes which are drying in the airing cupboard.
Cooked dinner steak pie, mashed potatoes, carrors and peas with cheese cake for pudding.
Had a sleep, but couldn't............
May watch something on youtube later as long as it's not "live"

Housework is done, vat return is done, gym session is done, over a mile in the pool is done, and I am just eating a warm chicken salad now.
