Some 40 years ago there was a new estate built in Warrington....... Adjacent to the Mersey and directly on a flood plane.
People still queued to buy them, crazy.

Just got soaked again walking Mini D to school. I'm fast running out of dry footwear so have dug out my waterproof Highlander walking boots.

Morning all

Doing a bit of shopping locally first thing, then finishing off the BSA Bantam for the chap in Minehead.
Just waiting on a set of front wheel bearings.

The first of the binmen have been down our road. The recycling lorry is always the first one, the general rubbish lorry comes down in a couple of hours time.
A mate of mine is coming round later to help me put a new fence panel in, should take all of two minutes.

Made myself a up of tea then immediately knocked my elbow and spilled hot tea over my hand and all over the floor. Plenty of kitchen roll sorted the floor.

What makes me suspicious is the fact that it is called CAA. I shall delete it anyway.
I also get some from Screwfix and deleted that as well.
