21° here. Was out on the bike this morning, just spent the afternoon catching up on all the crashes and medals at the velodrome for the last time. So that’s it until LA 2028, amazing how quickly it all goes.

I just spent an hour in the gym and came out and bought myself an ice cream, so that has put back on the calories I burned off.

Been out for a ride - managed 20 miles but did take 2 cans of diet coke with me in case of dehydration

got back to realises we need bread and sausages (for the middle grandkid - we have them tomorrow - again!)

so went out on the bike to get them

Saw another person at teh bike rack outside the Co-Op - he has an ebike with the same motor as mine so I said "Snap"
he commented that the Bosch was the best ebike system he had had
and he listed all the ones he has used - abotu 6 of them!!!!

OK - he had a Deliveroo bag on his back - but that is a LOT of ebikes!
and the one he had look new and didn;t have any "tweaks" on it or anything

I’m still sitting here with all the windows open and the fan on. I would never cope living anywhere warmer.

Tomorrow morning I'm out early, taking the Mini to MK to have a piece of trim replaced under warranty so don't panic if I'm not around early doors.
