Octopus is paying people on their " Agile " tariff to use electricity at the moment. It's only 2.38p per kWh but it all helps. Battery filled to the brim, immersion heater on, two loads of washing plus the dishwasher on an extra hot cycle for the oven trays etc. ⚡️☀️😎

Managed a dry morning. Took an easy stroll along the Braid Burn to Morningside. Visited the library and M&S Food, then had the great pleasure of using my bus pass for the no 16 home. Over lunch, enjoyed revisiting yesterday’s Cav achievement through The Cycling Podcast and Orla’s Eurosport Breakaway. Loved hearing all the reactions from the peloton of riders and commentators. Now sat snoozing in front of today’s stage.
