Can't help I'm afraid as I have never er used that flour.
After several failures I started add 50% extra yeast which helped.
Is your yeast fresh ??
Packet yeast, though it works ok on other flours. I put some in a cup of lukewarm water with a bit of sugar to test it and it was fine. The bread is perfectly edible, just a bit dense, great for dunking in soup.
Problem with my loaves is that they rise more at one end than the other. I think it's a problem with the machine.

After a bit of advice from the bakers on here. Mrs Tkk's loaf came out of the Panasonic not having risen much, it's a malthouse flour. Any idea what's going wrong?

Not enough yeast or out of date. I find a full brown bread does not rise as good a white, I now do a 3 cup white to one brown.
