Luckily, that was me; it was only cooking and ironing, maintaining the garden, shopping and the list goes on that I did not do. I was the hunter gatherer and Pam managed the cave. I reckon I had the easiest job and it kept us both happy for close on 50 years.

It is a really nice evening outside, I am trying to talk myself out of going up the pub, I seem to be winning so I may just wrap up warm and sit in the garden.

On another note the swimming pool I use is looking for donations, I gave them glass of water.

Good morning all.
The sun is up and not a cloud in the sky. It's too bright, too early and won't last though.
The washing machine is doing it's stuff, the bedding needed doing.
We are meeting up with our son and his girlfriend for lunch today in Chenies near to Amersham.
Before then, the daily morning dog walk and I'll plant out my climbing French beans.
