Morning all, I really should give some serious thought to getting out of bed, nothing planned so there seems little point to.

I’m sitting with my feet up on the computer desk and Molly has plonked herself on my lap so can’t move.

We are currently having coffee in bed and deciding whether to stay in bed or get up.

I am currently giving serious thought to whether to keep using oat milk or switch to soya Less carbs and more protein in soya but I prefer the taste of oat.

Morning all, another day of showers and single figure temperatures here.
Yesterday we spent the evening in Inverness, watching Kai and Nadya from Strictly perform their show at Eden Court Theatre. It was a great show even though Nadya was injured, a broken toe, so they had to revamp the routines around Kai and the backing dancers. Still very enjoyable, and Eden Court is a great venue. Prior to the show we had enjoyed an absolutely superb meal at one of the riverside restaurants, a successful evening all round.
Will shortly be heading out for another walk.
