Do you think Peloton will survive? It doesn’t seem as popular now and the monthly charge is a tad high is it not?

I don’t know the answer to both questions.

Will it survive? I hope so, but the world will not tilt of its axis if it doesn’t.

High charges? Possibly, I don’t know what they are, ( I could look them up, but the Fragrant MrsP pays them) . I guess it’s about VFM we both get a lot of use out of the P bike, and I use the training App a lot. I expect we get our monies worth.

I have a love hate relationship with the thing, if it was just down to me, I probably wouldn’t bother with it.

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
Slow 3.4 mile jog completed. Wonky foot holding up well.

Just munching a quick bowl of muesli before walking Mini D to school. I've have done 4 miles on my feet before 9am and I'm 56, while the bone idle lazy people half my age who drive their fat offspring to school probably don't do that in a week.

I've walked into the kitchen and back for my coffee ☕️

One of my neighbours has a Deliveroo food package arrive for breakfast, lunch and dinner most days. She only ever walks as far as the front door.

I often jog past her dropping off her kids at school in the car of a morning and still get back before her.

I just wish I had the energy - and money - to put that much effort into being lazy!

I’m constantly reading about dodgy supplements for weight loss and stories of idiots going abroad for weight loss surgeries that have gone wrong and either need sorted out by the NHS when they get back here or even worse, I was reading one the other day where the surgeon had nicked her artery and she died. Everyone seems to be looking for quick fixes and not prepared to put the work in themselves.

We all seem to have the munchies this morning.
I have sausages on the go but need advice (I don't want to bother uncle Drago with this).
1. Do I have fried egg with them.
2. It will be a butty. Do I toast the bread or have it like it is ?

There was a huge enormous Asian hornet in the porch this morning. Mr WD bravely sprayed it with half a can of fly spray, but 10 minutes later it was still twitching, so I put it put of its misery by bashing it with a stick.

I’ve had a couple of really big wasps come in over the last few days. Managed to grab them with a duster and flick them out the window. Thankfully Molly seems to know not to touch them.
