Morning. It’s very overcast here but mild. I was up really early and just went out for a 4 mile shuffle while it was quiet. Slow as usual, but I was sweating buckets. Nothing to do with carrying an extra stone of lard I’m sure

Good morning all.
I didn't get home from the gig until 00.30 this morning. What a great gig though. I'm feeling a bit groggy at the moment though.
It's cloudy out there and quite humid. It was raining when I got home but seems to of stopped for the time being.

Slow 3.4 mile jog completed. Wonky foot holding up well.

Just munching a quick bowl of muesli before walking Mini D to school. I've have done 4 miles on my feet before 9am and I'm 56, while the bone idle lazy people half my age who drive their fat offspring to school probably don't do that in a week.

Our visitors have now gone back home to Birmingham and the sun is shining.
The guys cleaning our roof have almost finished and are about to move on to do next door.

I’ve done my Peloton workout, I’ve had my breakfast and some juice, I’ll take the dogs out for a walk in a bit.

Do you think Peloton will survive? It doesn’t seem as popular now and the monthly charge is a tad high is it not?
