Morning. Up early as I have a hair cut at 8.30 and want to have a decent walk first. Rain this afternoon anyway.

Didn't sleep well, headache.

Good morning all.
The first load of washing is on, it's not due to rain until this afternoon so it should dry by then.
After the dog walk I should be able to get out for an hour or so on the old Falcon and give that a spin round. It hasn't been out on the road for a while.
There is some cycling on the telly this afternoon to keep me occupied.
I think I'll cook a beef casserole for tea. That seems to be my day planned out.
Enjoy.

Never made a pie in my life. My wife used to make (what we called pies) in ramakins but with thin pastry on the top only.
I am not a fan of thick pastry as it gives me acid.

Hitching up around 10am and towing down to Lands End.
Weather looks a mixed bag, but at least the high wind has abated.
The keep promising us a mini heat wave.
