Yay! Fish Friday!

Off to Minehead on the steam train at lunchtime to meet up with our pals in Wetherspoons.
Had some interest in the Bantam I'm selling already. Hope to move it on so I can start looking for another project.

Good Morning. 
I am going cycling. Today is a recovery ride..........................recovery from two days childminding which started at 08.00 Monday and finished at 4.30pm Tuesday. Wimp, I hear you mutter. This stint included an 18 month old with D&V who badly needed the comfort of sharing a bed with granddad. #2SP woke roughly every hour through Monday night, shouted, coughed and went back to sleep................. Makes me feel, well, rewarded I suppose. This poorly small one, who probably just wanted her Mum, was happy to put her faith in the old bloke put on as a sub!!
My one dilemma today is clothing. Arm warmers and leg warmers definitely needed to begin the ride but the jersey??????? Later it will be summer jersey weather but at the moment it isn't. Ideally I'd go with my favourite summer jersey and my spring gilet.........................but the colour clash is shockingly bad....hmmm. Decisions. Decisions.

Certainly never get bored with the British weather. I was just reminiscing the other day about Easter Sundays rolling our Easter eggs as kids. I remember everything from being huddled up in thick jackets with sleet blowing in our faces to lying on picnic blankets in blazing sun in shorts and t shirts.

31 years ago there was waist deep snow round here in parts.Certainly never get bored with the British weather.
