Re buying new or second hand cars.The ex Motorbility cars always looked good value as maintenance was part of the deal.These cars were available to recipients of mobility Allowance You gave up the allowance in exchange for a car.
There was a garage near me who sold ex mobility cars

Morning all

Off to Minehead again this morning, but on the bus this time.
Lunching in 'spoons.
I finally got around to resetting my 5 bar gate yesterday and now it's hanging beautifully.......a bit like me.

good day for a bike ride - but I don;t think my back is up to it

There was an article in one of the papers this morning about a canal in Wales that is predicting imminent problems with water due to lack of rain recently
and there does not seem to be a forecast of much for a while
so that might be a problem heading down the tracks

Unless it does something soon I can see water problems for domestic supply looming over the horizon!

The local Sankey Canal (first one in the country apparently) will probably be reduced to a long thin smelly puddle again from Widnes to the border to Warrington due to mismanagement my our lot but that is just expected now

Think it is the Monmouth and Brecon There has been a lot restoration work done recently Pity if all there hard work has been undone

Well, the sun has disappeared behind the clouds.
I'm going to limp/hop/stumble down to the greenhouse and pot up some tomatoes and peppers.

It's rather Meh here. I've emptied the porch of stuff, took up the horrible and not well put down woo flooring and have cleaned the windows. Yep, I am going to re paint the porch and put new flooring down IE vinyl flooring. Much easier to clean.

Bruce hurt my arm the other day. I was holding his lead, arm bent, while I chatted to someonene and he tried to bolt after a squirrel, yanking my arm straight at supersonic speed.

Now it hurts to bend or straighten the arm, and the inside of the elbow hurts like f*****. Struggled even practicing the bass thing morning.

Any ideas whatnhe may have damaged?

I've def done that. Anything I held up and said do you want this was met with disdain, shock, horror and a resounding yes, even to things he had forgotten he had.
