I’ve had mine nearly 6 years and still haven’t used it. I really should try and make use of it. We don’t get much for free these days!

I use mine occasionally.
It's only on Stagecoach services, I believe. Can't use in London, unfortunately & only after 09:30 lest one be classed as a 'Twirly'.. (as in 'Am I too early?' when boarding a bus)

So you haven't got the Freedom pass yet, aged 66+?. If you have one issued by an English county council or borough they can be used anywhere in England on buses after 9am, and anytime at weekends.
 
I'm going to see a dermatologist this morning about the sore I have on my hip :sad:

Mine is an 'older person's bus pass' as they call it now. I can use it on any Stagecoach bus in England and Wales (but not Scotland, I think). It's basically the same as a freedom pass under a different guise.
