09:30 here in Tyne-Wear, during July / august they relax it to anytime. You can use on any service bus, and, if you pay £12pa, also on Metro and Tyne Ferry.
09:30 here in Hamtun, too. Not sure about any relaxation, though.
Ours has a sensor as you enter and leave which counts the number of visitors. I’ve noticed that I'm not the only library member with poor memory, often entering and leaving several times on each visit 😉
My Bro lives on the Wirral. They get free train and bus passes plus free use of the Mersey ferry.

Yes - applies to everyone in Liverpool City Region as part of the Mayor's transport policy
Oh -sorry - did I say everyone - I meant everyone except people who live in Halton
who are generally missed out of things as far as the City Region is concerned as they are not in Merseyside
Personally I think he would be better of as Mayor of Merseyside and Halton would be better off with Warrington (better class of people over there!!!)

Good evening all
The new knee is already starting to feel a little bit better already. I'm being very good and doing the exercises and after only 4 days the pain and soreness is easing, albeit with the help of the painkillers.
Other news is--- the downstairs toilet is blocked and not flowing away. Morphine and codeine can make you constipated and I did go for the first time in two days this morning 😲 The drain doctor is coming in the morning.
Then this evening the microwave decided to die in a shower of sparks.
Just another normal day in Chez Paulus. 😁
