It’s an interesting place
If you feel like spending a few (quite a few!) ££s, have a ‘TT Trike Tour’, you’ll appreciate the rider’s commitment/bravery/skill a whole lot more after it!

Where is it?
OK it’s nice an example has been preserved. I’m definitely not a fan , I spent many years travelling on them on the Euston - Watford DC line .Network Rail's class 313, 313121 has been preserved and reached it's new home earlier... In Fife... FIFE!
I doubt it has ever been further north than about Crewe! 🤪 😆

I agree both your points .Better than a p*cer though! 😆
To be fair, being dual voltage, it's still a clever (if dated) bit of kit.
I agree both your points .
Fortunately my train travel involved limited use of P****
The dual voltage would have been useful for flexible use of stock on the North London Line and the Watford DC line .

I regularly use the Class 165 / 166 's on the Severn Beach Line and have to say the cycle storage is dreadful.
Why can't the train companies explore some decent storage for bikes.
'Cos it's a case of cram as many passengers on as possible and nobody wants empty space that wont be constantly used.
Sad, but true.
That said, Scotrail have taken on a small fleet of class 153s' for such a task on the West Highland Line, so it can be done when there's a will.
