Yes, indeed there are. These are the ones I have, but there are plenty of large platform type ones about.
Mine are a Rock-Bros rip off, but are very good quality with a stiff cromo axle. Hell, could be made in the same factory for all I know, but they're certainly excellent. About 20 sheets IIRC.

Thanks TW. I'm a husky chap and folding pedals flex too much for comfort. These are stiffer than a 70s radio DJ and when removed reduce the folded width by another inch or two.
As aforementioned, they're knock-offs but very high quality.
