Fair play to you for designing your own boots! Have you applied loads of neutral renovating polish to them? Soon after I get a new pair of shoes/boots I rub renovating polish into the leather. I don't do it straight away as I like to let those creases in the leather appear, then I rub the polish into those 'stress points'.

I like big boots and I cannot lie.

This is a supremely comfortable pair of boots. They're really light and the leather's really soft so not like wearing a big heavy bovver boot. For comparison my monkey boots are about 650g each whereas these are closer to 470g so a big difference. He actually ended up using a size 6.5 last to get the heel right but extended it to the length of a size 8.
I think the blue and brown, while a fairly conservative choice, work well together. Now I need to save up my money and wear out some of my other footwear so I can go back and get some colourful shoes made. Possibly a pair like those in the background.
So, tell me, why is wearing a blue suit and brown shoes considered a bigger crime against humanity than the Americans nuking Japan, the Holocaust, Pol Pot's Killing fields, Szebenica, Rwanda, Syria, Yemen, Palestine and Jedward?
So in other words, as I thought, it's largely all a load of pish, decided on by some guy about a hundred years ago?🤔😆

Well I do get the thing about the bright shoes being distracting and pulling the gaze downwards but basically yeah. All fashion is arbitrary though innit?
Surely the tie does that far more than the shoes? 🤷
