Maybe these would be better for me than the Cordings ones. I already have two pairs of brown tweed pants, one a kind of sage mid brown, one mid to dark brown. Do I need another pair of tweeds in a different shade of brown. 🤔 I don't have any blue tweeds so maybe these are the ones for me. They also offer a free of charge hemming on the 36 inch in length pants and free P&P, compared to the Cordings ones which are £15 to be sewn to your required length and £7 to be delivered. Plus the blues ones are on a 20 percent off offer.

If you have any questions just call 01324 612202 and ask for Rose. it says on their page. I phoned her this aft', asking if they could cut the right leg length to 32 inch and the left leg to 33 inch, due to me having a shorter right leg due to my ex broken hip and broken leg. She was very nice and said they could do that for me, but I have to remember turned up trousers are none returnable. I also asked if they used EVRI for their deliveries, telling them of my recent bad experience with them. She said no and added they'd also had problems with EVRI.

Trenchcoat has arrived and it's lovely. Big thick double breasted wraparound thing definitely more similar to Bogie's than to the others. Just need to take it in for a minor repair to the lining, potentially a clean and reproofing, then decide whether wearing a hat with it will work or if it'll just look a bit too much like I'm playing dressup.

I've ordered these. I'm down to my last few hat feathers due to loss, caused by them being blown away in strong wind or just being knocked off when I put my man bag's strap over my head. I've had a box of these before. I found the colours quite nice and they are all different in their own little way. 🧐

Not great photos, one taken at home the other in Tesco bogs , but as you can see I gave one of my trench coats an airing this aft'. I felt quite comfy in it and it was a bit like having a new second hand coat due to me not having worn it for quite a while, if you know what I mean. I bought this from the retro clothing shop I work in a few years ago. I saw two other trench coats being worn when in Tesco, though both were worn by women and both were in camel colour. I take it trench coats are 'in' this autumn/winter? 🤔
