Made it easy really for Engerlund , we didn’t cause them any problems till 2nd half . Possession play but always going backwards . It was a friendly so no big deal other than bragging rights eh ! Engerlund have good players we all know that . Always looked dangerous on attack .

Anyway Norway won boo . Next competitive game against Spain . Hope it’s better .

Not much to get excited about from either side really, couple of bits of skill from Bellingham aside.

England are miles ahead of any European team at the moment with the possible exception of France, only their managers overly cautious approach and his loyalty to an out of form McGuire can prevent them from Euro success.

They should be miles ahead ! Especially at a time when the European giants are only now rebuilding . So yep England should be one of the favourites for next years Euros again!!

As for us , we seem to have decent squad , we just don’t have the depth England have all over the park . We just didn’t compete as well as we could have for most of the game .

Anyway first time at Hampden and probably be my last certainly for a midweek game . Didn’t get home till 1am due to gridlock at the car park near the ground !

I suppose it depends on exactly where home is, but I usually find the longer you are prepared to walk, the less time you spend sitting in the car.

That said, there's no easy way out of there at night, even after a concert its a nightmare.

Just a pity that is enough to put you off a return trip though.
