Also quite often a manager will freeze a player out of the team on seemingly a clash of personality rather than playing ability. New manager comes in and the player is a success on team.

Absolutely, you will never stop personality clashes and the longer it goes on the more toxic it gets. Players share their thoughts with their team mates and so it spreads. Once the team hit a 'sticky patch' suddenly the manager doesn't know what he's doing. I mean how would he know ?. . . insert Brendon Rogers, Graham Potter here . . . he has never played at the top level.

It's a very big day in the Championship:

Boro (3rd) v Burnley (1st) - win for Burnley
Millwall (5th) v Luton (4th) - draw
Rovers (6th) v Norwich (7th) - win for Rovers

Predictions based entirely on the best results from Rovers perspective. 🤣

Things are building up round here. Biggest crowd of the season, 20000, expected today. We've sold out Huddersfield away on Monday, a bugger as I had thoughts of paying on the gate, and tickets for our away game at Deepdale are flying (got mine). The guy in the ticket office said there have been queues all week. The club put an appeal on FB for patience on the phone lines.

I know this small beer for most but it's the strongest signs in a decade we are getting our club back. After 11/12 years of shite from the owners the fans are returning. It really is a very emotional time, we are getting our club back, there is belief in the team, the manager, the local lads who play their hearts out for the club.

After the Millwall Luton draw Burnley can win promotion at Boro tonight. West Brom are 3 - 1 down, good news. Today's game is getting bigger and bigger for Rovers and Ewood is rocking already.

Probably not the result you were hoping for…

Good result for Airbus UK today. 30 games into the season with just a couple left to play and they get their first point (1 -1 against Aberystwyth). Having been docked 3 points for some shenanigan or other, they are still stuck on the bottom on minus 2.

Although I'm not a fan of either team, quite looking forward to the huge clash in the NL tomorrow as Wrexham take on Notts Co, ridiculously both teams already have 100 points!
With only one automatic promotion spot up for grabs it's going to be a cracker!
