This thread reminds about several years ago I was driving and saw a pile of horse poop on the road. As it happened I had my trailer on the back and a shovel so I stopped to scoop it up. When I looked at it it was perfectly formed, truly a sculpture, like several giant profiteroles stacked up, I looked at it stunned for a while, before scooping it up. Anyone watching me would have thought it most strange.
