rejigged the pedal board to accommodate the two new effects, which meant buying a pack of low-profile patch leads and making 14 little metal clamps to replace the wooden ones. The order on the board bears little resemblance to the actual chain of effects. I'm quite liking the spaghetti aesthetic though.

There's no power to the OD because I only have an 8-way daisy chain. Waiting for a 10-way to be delivered.

I have now banned myself from buying any more pedals.

Nice set up :becool:.

Please don't lose the yellow one in a public area or you'll have my colleagues from Heysham in attendance!

I'd have probably bought a different delay if that one didn't have the ☢️ symbol on it.
I'm slightly tempted to put a 'spinal' decal on the other delay 🤔

I remember as a kid some sprog dropped a toy with the radioactive symbol on it. Police called, roads closed, RLC squaddies approaching it carefully in full NBC gear.

In the end it turned out to be part of a toy like this, but not before it had made the national news!

Yellow Fall is an amazing pedal, especially given the price

I never got pedals, myself. Furthest I've gone is one of those looper things but even that scares me a bit.

I got a used Looper pedal for £17. It is very handy if you write music or simply if you want to do what I did e.g. play the rhythm section of Metallica's "One" and then loop it whilst you learn the lead part.

I have also just got a Sonicake Pocket Master which is a pocket sized Amp modeller - for the price it is excellent but not something you'd use for live performances. It also has a looper on it, but for things like that I do prefer a dedicated pedal

I was hoping to just buy a looper to help me learn to play in time instead of playing in 'my' time. But the in-amp delay put the delay on the looper's drum patterns, which i didn't want... so figured I'd only need a cheap delay and reverb to go before the looper. But it's a rabbit hole, and i fell down it.

I bought a line 6 HX stomp when they were released, has saved me a fortune as it has almost everything in there, and they've been doing at least annual software updates, not bought anything since.
I have it on a nano+ board with pedals from before: a small ditto looper, mini polytuner and a compressor.

I use it into my amp, or with an onboard amp model into headphones. Reccomend it, or anything similar, lots of good multi effects these days, think you can get good sounds out of all of them. I did get a new power supply to do everything at once.
