Thanks for the answers guys.
I dont have a cycling backgroung, i just think its to hard to make 20kph average at velodrome, compare to the street.
And i read people talking about 400 watts for 30Min... i cant do 30Min at 40 watts... i just seems weird i dont have 10% of that power.

I will start trainning, and check if become more easy.
And also check the cables

Regards

Not as cool as I would like to be with BKool i'm afraid. Could I get a few pointers please? How do I get the ghost's to appear on the league ride? Last month I rode the first session when I came home on leave and rode solo, before I went back to work I rode it again and was able to choose 4 ghosts. I chose the 4 above me but although I beat them it didn't show on the league table. I am home again today and was going to ride Aug round one and although I can see that several people have already rode the route I am unable to choose any ghosts. I must admit I'm not the sharpest tool in the box.

If you challenge one of the completed rides that will get you one ghost, at least. Then try editing the planned ride to add more ghosts, if availble.

Thanks, but my knee has shown no lasting improvement over the last month, so I guess it's about time to stop cycling. Might as well count me out of the August CG and probably the SC too... :cursing: My last two sessions have been utter crap (compared to a month ago), with my knee hurting from start till finish...

Ignore that cheeky DP!

Old injury? Recurring problem? I spent last year trying to sort mine including 2 bouts of physio, stretching and rolling and exercises all to sort out pretty painful ITB issues that impacted walking let alone cycling. A swollen painful knee is no fun. Time may have been the great healer here but interesting perhaps the real improvement came after getting the NEO^_^ which allows, especially with the sideways movement, a more natural motion. New shoes, moving cleats also helped. I hope you find something that works for you.
I enjoyed that. It's been a long time since I have posted here about my knee;)

No, I have not had ANY injuries since I started cycling (on a race bike) in 2008. I have been using the same type of pedals (SpeedPlay) since early 2009 and Bkool since late 2014, totalling 60.000+ kilometers. The knee trouble started after that horrible July 2nd race, decribed in lenght in a previous post... Should have listened to my legs then and stopped, instead of the doing the Jens Voight "shut up legs" and continue...

For a league ride to show up in the league results you need to select it from your league tab on the Bkool app (or join a ride you know someone else has started from their league tab, such as a chaingang league ride started by Bill, or one of the Bkool organised "featured" rides which you do choose from the live rides).

The only rides which will show in your league tab will be the standard league ride (without ghosts) or one you've copied or challenged from the league itself on the website - as theBoxers says the easiest way to do this is to challenge another rider on the league table (or your own previous league ride from the league table). It will then appear in your scheduled rides on the website with a cup symbol next to it. From there you should be able to edit it to add extra ghosts (and remember to set the date to today if you want to ride it the same day as it seems to default to the following day).

Hope that helps

What device are you using? I have an Edge 1K

Me too, a Garmin 1000, works really, really well for me!

Which one is that. I thought these could only pick up 1 HRM.

Auxiliary Heart Rate (data field), it pairs with a second heart rate monitor and displays it in a Connect IQ data field.

https://apps.garmin.com/en-GB/apps/88ce4547-7d84-4289-b2c7-3e15ca00185f

Tried it out yesterday, and it worked well, it showed my chest strap was pretty close to my Rhythm+ optical, at least until we stopped and it picked up my mates strap instead. Confused the hell out of me, as he wasn't riding to a heart rate limit and on the climbs would get up to 170 and give me a fright!

I understand I can put in the sensor ID to limit it to my Rhythm+ so I'll give that a go.

I also tried out the FTP estimate, and with my heart rate limited to 160 it gave me 156 Watts, which is almost half what it was when I was bkooling.

Reminded me of my Kawasaki ZZR-1100, which was power limited by the factory blocking the throttles from fully opening, until I replaced the carb tops and by gum did it motor then... :hyper:

They used to market limited HP bikes in Germany and in most cases the carbs were just restricted with the use of a washer in the intakes.
Else wise the cams and valves were exactly the same.
I insured a Z650 (B) for several years at the lower insurance power bracket of max 37HP.
My Z650 was actually bored out to 720cc with Z1 valves, Piper cams and 30mm smooth bore Mikuni carbs all done tastefully by Peckett and McNab in 1980.
Had to up the anti on the braking by adding a second disc up front with Brembo Calipers.
Loved every minute of owning it, especially as I was in Germany with unlimited speeds allowed on the Autobahns

So who's doing the mammoth Summer Cup stage 5 tonight? I'm hoping to be back from work in time for the 7pm (UK time) start....

It doesn't look completely flat but not exactly mountainous either I think, so with the long distance involved any teamwork to reserve energy levels would be welcome!
