Yeah I guessed you were pulling away as I had to keep upping the power to keep inside the draft window, I kept slipping back to 3m so pushed a bit harder, we finished up at 600w, my HR went from 151 to 177 in the last minute. Needed the whole 5mins cool down to get back to 120BPM. TBH it was your victory, I was only within 250m at the end because of your towing. Hope you join next month, you'll be all over it.:okay:
Really nice to say hope I join 😁
Yeh. Safe to say I am now hooked
Really have enjoyed last few times and getting hang of it. In touch with a few other splitters and they have showed an interest - let’s see what winter brings - nice to get my arse kicked by aaac - somethings never change

Did @berty bassett pull me past your overall time, the league doesn't show that yet? @AAAC 76C was way up the road today, huge power. chapeau!
I kept getting too close to the bot I was drafting and found if I kept to - 1m there was a sweet spot. Not sure how bsim works as this felt a bit like the velodrome where your gear ratio and cadence seems to have very little to do with your speed.
As this ride was so steady I was able to settle in to a 91 RPM cadence yet my speed and power was a lot less stable on the stats on the screen.

If you where in the drafting sweet spot the speed and gears should have been that bit easier. I managed to get on macca tail for a good amount of time on Thursday and and we both seemed to settle in a rythem and I held 2m. When he went I couldn't sustain the gear.

Perhaps my cadence was not as steady as I thought it was.
I stayed in the same gear nearly all of the time. When I tried to change up one my cadence went too low as I have my climbing block on. Considering I stayed in the same gear you would expect the cadence and speed to mirror each other.

Speed was very consistent. What trainer do you use? My wheel on lags when I go from high to low cadence. I'd be more worried about the low watts you averaged 😘

As it's the first the November league has been published, it's centred around Tarragona south of Barcelona except for the last stage as I couldn't find a 3D stage of the downhill I wanted. All stages are at least 3D, lesson learnt. @shimceltic can you liaise with @Bored Man for the route for the handicap league as I'm no longer making it a league as there is little point.

Would be great to welcome people back, so long as they put their nose to the wind as you did for @AndyMacca yesterday. Seriously the more the merrier.

The question might seem silly.
Next Tuesday 3 November it is difficult for me to compete with you.
And I'm sorry.
If I take part in the first stage of November tomorrow, November 2nd, does it fall into the CCG ranking or is it only valid from November 3rd onwards?
Thanks to those who want to answer me.
