The peanut in charge (not Keith) was too stubborn to implement a 2 week temp shut down recently, now it's gonna be a month. All foreign travel banned till 2nd December, I travel on the 3rd

could not have wanted a better set of circumstances, a flat steady climb, a bot that just wanted to sit in front of me all day, a whole bunch of pain killers for a tooth abscess and a chance to increase my ftp to 324+.

Well done boss , just hadn’t got the legs and last quarter changed tactics thinking I would sit on your tail then go mad at the end -plan all went well till the mad bit , tried to pull away and nothing happened - you were right there - then I popped and away you went

That "route" didn't have any 3d, video or map. Take it out on Keith, he needs 5s penalty on Tuesdays handicap.
Yeah I guessed you were pulling away as I had to keep upping the power to keep inside the draft window, I kept slipping back to 3m so pushed a bit harder, we finished up at 600w, my HR went from 151 to 177 in the last minute. Needed the whole 5mins cool down to get back to 120BPM. TBH it was your victory, I was only within 250m at the end because of your towing. Hope you join next month, you'll be all over it.
Did @berty bassett pull me past your overall time, the league doesn't show that yet? @AAAC 76C was way up the road today, huge power. chapeau!
