Today first ride with BigRingVR. Wow. Stunning! The user interface looks a little outdated, but the ride is superb. The feel and result is spot on with my actual real world results. (whereas Rouvy was waaaay too enthousiastic). That is, approx 180W and 28km/h average, as I do in the real world. I will do some more rides next 2 weeks to get a better feel about this simulator.

Agreed, by far the best virtual riding platform for solo rides. Which ride did you do ? The search facility is really good in terms of filtering to get just the ride you want in terms of time, difficulty, distance, location etc. I'd advise, though it's not essential, downloading the ride rather than just streaming as it improves the connection. However, they limit the number of downloads so best to delete it once you've ridden if you aren't going to ride it again. If you want suggestions for rides I can give you some. They also have a family policy so if you have kids or a partner who rides they get to ride as part of your subscription.

On it right now.
A few years back @Aleman had a goat league on it. Because they were killer climbs maybe I shouldn’t mention it.

I did a lot of those rides and hated and really enjoyed them at the same time  but kept getting distracted by the views

Colorado river. Very nice ride with some 5-6% climbs.
