Thank you, I will try be there. I definitely prefer my spin bike with with assioma power meters pedals (which I use much more often).

I have the Assioma pedals on my bike too. However, I have not been able to start with them on BKOOL, as I just keep going on the start line after I stop pedalling. Rumor has it, that if you spin down slowly to 0 instead of an abrupt stop, it works. Is that your technique, or do you know another way? As it is right now, I use the NEO2 for power as it acts like normal, that is, speed dropping to 0 within less than 10 seconds after I stop pedalling.

Guys,
Ever vigilant for false attempts, in order to try and keep the league as fair as possible I am minded to reject this attempt. I can't believe the speeds on the climbs.

Input from regulars would be appreciated before I reject it.
Average 485watts and only 0.9 IF - one of the world tour teams should sign him up.

FTP over 600? https://my.bkool.com/bkoolSessionHistory/showSessionSummary/16173789
This is the 'Elite 10' ride https://my.bkool.com/bkoolSessionHistory/showSessionSummary/16072549

Actually I think he may be too good for the tour teams.

Well, after having tried Rouvy for 2 weeks, here are my conclusions: the graphics are great. Video's at 1920x1080 are great to watch. Rider information is nice too, looks a little like Zwift. The augmented reality rides are very nice. What I don't like: no egr, no other views in the display (like Bkool), no virtual 3D-world and less rides available than in Bkool, no automatic upload to Strave (you have to send the excercise yourself from the Rouvy dashboard). I haven't tried a team ride, but it seems there's a lot of rides going on during the day.

In short, Rouvy and Bkool are similar on most points. The graphics of Rouvy are way better, but I do like the enormous list of rides available for Bkool. For now, I'll stick with Bkool. I do hope however Bkool improves their video resolution and show more rider info (also during races, e.g. w/kg and speed of your competors etc). I already suggested that to them multiple times.
Next to try: BigRingVR

Any suggestions... When doing some bkool fitness rides and it wants me out of the saddle in z2 there isn't enough resistance and makes it really hard to stay upright. Higher zones is no problem as more resistance. I could do with a handle on my bars but higher so i can hold it.

Anyway.. As I’ve been living alone for months noo because HID has had to go south to the People’s Republic to care for her poorly pa, I’ve been undertaking a little impulse buying.. mostly hiking n camping gear, however, I also bought the Wahoo for the bike and today, had a sort out of the man cave. Well it appears that now it’s sorted out, and has been tweaked to create more room, I now have an opportunity to develop my winter training setup. Soooo...... I just bought an HD Projector for Bkool.

It won’t make me any faster but I’m looking forward to the improved experience...

Anyone want to buy an old telly.. one careful owner. No scratches but covered in sportive timing chip stickers...

I get out of the saddle a lot (on climbs), Alberto the dancer is my club nickname. My climbing technique which works for me is 0.6km standing, 0.4km sat, standing at every km post. My goal to do it to the top of each climb and for all the climbs on the ride. To try to keep the cadence steady when i stand I change up one gear after about 10 pedals and then up another about half way through the standing section. I then change down two gears as soon as i sit. Having electronic gears helps with shifting while out of the saddle but I do it on the second bike too. Oot produces a bit of a yo-yo effect, I'm 2/3kph faster out of the saddle but my climbing partner who is always sat knows to let me go when I stand and I'm then a target for him when I sit.
See if this works for you on the fitness rides.
