Hopefully some of the guys can help with the set-up, there's quite a bit of experience here, which trainer do you have?I have not done any outdoor cycling in years (15 at least), only at home. But I really would not give these numbers any importance as each person is using a different bike with different set up thru a virtual race....etc info not reliable, I really am not a cyclist
If all else fails you can always join our Tuesday night 'Handicap league' that'll level out any inaccurate power numbers. We set off at different times with the fastest going last, the idea is we all finish at roughly the same time and can sprint for the line It's great exercise, maximum heart rate stuff. Tomorrow night is the 1st of this season.
