Yeah it's not bad with the calibration. It's just on that fitness app it wants me to do 90 rpm at zone 2 which is just almost impossibleAh, that is a wheel-on trainer. They are known to be very critical to calibrate. Depends on tire-pressure, tire etc and they can slip. Without proper installation, the calibration can be way off, giving false readings or might cause slip. A direct-drive trainer does not have that issues. I started with a wheel-on trainer, but always felt the resistance was not accurate. I then switches to a direct-drive trainer and this feels much more like the real world.
Try it on your direct drive and you'll see what I mean. When it's a higher zone its fine
