You were about 5 seconds behind me during the early stages @shimceltic and I started to sit up to work with you however as I did so, you dropped away.. I even toyed with drafting @AAAC 76C upnto @Brusgaard for two seconds, until the big man spat me out.. good ride..

I knew @shimceltic is stronger the second half so every time he got within 5 seconds - which was the whole way- I got ready for him to make his move but when he did I gave it everything I had but he had just a little bit more in the tank. These are great fun. Thanks @Brusgaard and thanks @BILL S .

Yes, let's see if @perswe can make it four. Just a word of warning to you and @BILL S stage 4 has a nasty 6/7% section about 1.6 kms from the end. It caught me out and I lost a lot of momentum.

I use an Oypla 18inch 3 speed gale machine. Never needed more than speed 1 so far. But I'm not as quick as any of you
