I don't want to be there tonight in case my competitive spirit gets the better of my slowly strengthening knee and I have a relapse. I have however posted a couple of rabbits to be chased down and slaughtered!...only one seems to be showing in the league results but i guess the other could be found in the editing function.

Very wise Keith. It'd be far too tempting to push it and get into a race. Instead we will be chasing your ghost (quickest one @38:50 I think). You must have got a good work out doing it 3 times .

Yeah - I had my head down and didn't see that dead stop coming at all. Took me by surprise.

I seemed to be getting dropped by you two whenever the road even went slightly uphill and had to fight to stay on your wheels. It caught up with me a mile from the end and I couldn't hang on. It was a good ride though - I reckon my HR will show it was my toughest Bkool ride since the NC.

I also had a stages PM on the bike. I was recording the power from that in parallel, so it will be interesting to see how the watts compare.

Indeed a good ride. A bit too close to the edge for me a lot of the time due to the heat in my loft. I had yet another laps in concentration and thought I was waiting for one of you when actually both of you were waiting for me. I wish they would colour the users rider different in the drafting window which is what I am mostly watching. I saw the dead stop coming too so also freewheeled into it hoping to avoid it but I think it still grabbed me first, then I saw pete almost go over the handlebars just in front so was slightly relieved that I wouldn't have to catch up on my own.
Good ride from Bert who wasn't that far behind and was ahead of Keith

I employ a more natural method first thing to loose a few pounds and then have plenty of ruffage for breakfast to assist a repeat performance later in the day.

Bill, you need to get out of the loft/closet, it's far too hot on those places.

It's Wednesday Randy, we don't perk up until Thursday and before Wednesday we have to laugh or we will cry, and then before you know it it's Monday again.

To be honest there is a lot of cr@p coming out of most of our governments lately and they're being match equally by Putin.

Me thinks that they all should have a go at Cage Fighting and the last one standing wins but not before we loose the key to the cage.
