I'll try and make it. I too am off on Thursday and the weekend so would like to do stage 1 tonight.

I've already done a ride after work today so I'll be fatigued (getting my excuses in early)

Just got home. Yeah tonights visit has been a year in the making. It's the side of my neck giving me most grief which tonight hopefully sorted. I've got another appointment next Tuesday for an adjustment of my back.

Not going to do the BRVR ride tonight. Just doing the planned session and a warm down. About an hour all told.

Enjoyed tonight because for the first time in a long time I didn't constantly feel like I was about to fall off the back. 3 days rest seems to make all the difference.
