Here is still snow and ice. Starting outdoor season with a road bike in here and in a week is a wet dream. Here in Finland is snowing about 20cm today, my neighborhood will probably saved from that. End of a week is start to lookin much better.

I was out in the real world yesterday with 2 friends. It was our much, much, much delayed Christmas ride!

We rode from Ashdown Forest to Ditchling Beacon just behind Brighton.

Spring weather? I had full winter cycling kit on and was still shivering for the first 5 - 10kms!

To be honest I've failed pretty badly with rule #5 and rule#9 this winter!

When the Donald first got in touch to request membership of the Chain Gang and I told him that they already had a guy on the inside, he quickly moved onto other topics like how to get a cheap wall built.

During the march league I could only join one live/Thursday session, which is more fun (and far more painful) than hanging on to ghosts doing your own sessions. So during the April league I hope to be able to join the Thursday sessions again.

Oh carp! The kickr is all set up. I just need to do a warm up and then a spindown test tomorrow then I'll be good to be by the software on my bkool power settings . Oh heck

I've got most of my parts to make a rocker board, If it's successful I will offer to make some for selective clients . I can make the mounts for Kickr and Bkool straight away. Will report back once built and tested.

Odd bits I've gathered so far cost me less than a tenner. Nice setup though. It's the time to construct and adapt to each turbo.

I saw this design on YouTube and thought how simple and well it seems to work.
