Errr.. Yeah. Sorry about that.

That is right until Bill ruins my time.

Am I hell as like? I can't touch that. No way could I make up over 3 minutes, certainly not with these tired legs. I'll let you have that one.Well it did occur to me that you might be reducing your weight any moment, and you'll be wanting to make it count. I decided I better not make it too easy for you. You going to have another go?
Mines working now, uploading as a fit. I then go to add description and change activity type to workout leaving indoor trainer unclicked and voila, reloads with map etc.See, I don't get it Geoff! Neither Bill nor I have maps of our BKool sessions, nor the altitude climbed. You on the other hand are achieving climbing challenges based on yours. I am using a PC to upload my activity, just clicking on the orange + thingy! then selecting upload activity. Then choosing file and selecting my FIT file that I have exported from BKool!
Am I missing something? Remember I'm pretty dumb!

Ooooosh! That looks nice! I struggle with frame size though at 6'3", don't you? I was quite limited in choice when I went to buy my bike, just to get a comfortable fit.I'm trying to be good with the cycling spend as I want one of these in the winter sales

At £3900 rrp I'm hoping the sales will be good. I may need to buy the wife a new car to seal the deal.
Will do Geoff. Will have that sorted tomorrow evening.Rick, next time you are on the trainer please can you try and pedal down http://www.bkool.com/bkoolSessionHistory/showSessionSummary/1113688 at 5 mph and 10 mph and see if it will let you.
Only need to do it for a few minutes, to the -10% bit perhaps.
If you could save the session I'll compare it with mine, then chase Bkool to prioritise the issue.
Thanks,
Geoff
Just checked, I have my weight set at 81kg on BKool, and I am actually 79kg. I haven't looked at my weight in weeks, so I will check again in a week, and see if I am settled at that weight before tweaking anything on the BSim.
So a bit fatter than you actually Kipster! Stuck between a rock and a hard place now, as ideally I would like to be about 85kg, but not for the Turbo.....the dilemna is, do I stay looking like vegan Moby and get up virtual hills quicker, or tuck into a few pies, look healthier and hand Bill a bigger lead?
Your new Avatar would suggest the same, lol!Pies every time!![]()
