Yeah, it just gets harder and harder to move up. Don't know how Adam2 does it. Pro8 or something. That must be well over 400watts for 20 mins on the FTP

Insane!! That is going to take me years to achieve. Why are my power requirements so much higher than yours? That sucks!

That's the advantage of having some excess weight. You fit guys can only gain watts but those of us with something to spare can shed our way to the next level. Or so that is the plan. I'm still working out of town until tomorrow and have been eating out instead of working out and may go down a level. Does anyone change their weight with any change less than 5 lbs? 2 kg?

Is there any way of getting the maps of our BKool sessions onto Strava? And why isn't the climb in ft displayed anywhere. I see it when I download it, but then it's nowhere to be seen.

It's based on your FTP in Watts per Kg, so take 95% of your average and divide by your weight in Kg.

Reduce your weight and the power requirements reduce in proportion ...

you can if you upload it normally but you will get it flagged by people if you take koms

I hit a new low weight today, dropped 8.2 Kg since the start of November. Still got a way to go, according to the height/weight and body fat charts - I've dropped from 26% body fat to 20%, but "fit" seems to be 14% to 17%

Climbing Bill's mountains every week works wonders ...

Well this coming week's chain gang has just gone live, so I'm looking forward to seeing those fitness levels shooting up. It's ideal for levels up to around Active 5 to put in a good average power for just over 30 mins. With the motivation of racing it should bring out a few new highs!

So do I need the Premium membership for this, because I don't see that option on mine.

I'm Not a premium member and I can download the session with map and altitude etc. I deleted the last one from the Thursday night because I took a couple of KOM's, Just download as a FIT file and manually upload into STAVA as a file.

Not on Strava, I'm not premium there at the moment.

I was going to use the money to try Trainer Road but bkool leagues keeping me busy ...

All we do is export the ride from bkool as .fit and import to Strava as default type of Ride and then the map and segments show. As said, if you take a KOM someone will flag the session, so in this case I always change to tick indoor ride or swap type to Workout.

YOu dont need to delete it, mark it as 'workout' instead of ride and it will remove the segments
