Thx bill, at first I was surprised to be ahead you, and when I saw you were with brusgaard I thought you would catch me and so I was just riding tempo waiting to be caught but then you dropped brusgaard so i knew it was just a time trial between us. The terrain was perfect for me anything up to 4% I seem to be able to gain time on people. I knew you would pull time back on me on the flat and downhill bits but didn't panic and saved myself for the last climb. Let's see what aaac can do to ghost. I'll ride cg3 on Saturday.

I thought @BILL S won so I must have joined after you finished @keithaitch

Just a quick question, which I am sure has been answered but my mind has been addled by two weeks off, too many mince pies and the perenial old age. Will the nations cup qualifier serve as January's Chain Gang rides or will my aged body have to haul itself through three different leagues if i hope to keep up with the winter cup.

I think the idea is the nation's cup trials will replace the CG in January.

Beeb news just said the temperature has dropped to -12c in the Scottish Highlands :cold: @Jim Brown , even for a Yorkshireman that must be a bit chilly for you! Down here it's nippy, but clear skies and not a drop of snow .... strange how diverse our weather can be in such a small country

Bugno. Aka Soren D Denmark. I couldn't find your rides cos you don't link Zwift with Strava. Unless it's a different Soren D ?

Not good! Hope you're starting to get on the mend now. Just take it easy this week and save yourself for the Nations Cup trials :okay:

I picked up the bike earlier today ^_^. It has been sent with the wrong wheels, so I need to sort that out. But apart from that it's looking good!

It's now all set up and on the turbo and ready to go! (see below). I'll give CG3 a go in a bit and put it through its paces :bicycle:
