Really?!?! That's just taking the P I was well into the 170's which for me is above my normal racing Hr of about 165. I was on the limit right from the first second, but loved the race and a real privilege to get to ride with Bill and PaulBills HR was in the mid 140's, I thought he was 'sleeping on the wheel'.
Well, I didn't .how do you manage to race twice in one day
Post of the day!Well, I didn't .
Thanks for letting me stay with you guys so long ...... being able to ride with you fast guys is a real pleasureOw, legs hurt now! I tried to hold a bit back in the bkool race so I had something left for the Zwift one straight after - couldn't resist the sprint finish though! It's fair to say I just hung on for dear life in Zwift!
Thanks for the drafting guys!

Odd, I heard you were heartless!
Aren't all PMs .... hard-nosed and heartlessOdd, I heard you were heartless!
Sometimes cadence is picked up as HR. I've had it happen with a non optical sports watch when not wearing a HRM strap and using a cadence/footpod sensor. It's usually in running but can happen in cycling as well.Well I was HRMless so heart rate should have read zero. I can assure you that my actual HR was between 170 and 180.
No idea how the ant+ is picking up a HRM signal.
You need to 'Team Cyclechat' your BKool handle to advertise the site
I'd have asked him how quick he was first!
