I'm still getting used to my cleats...dont reckon i will be hitting the roads just yet

Just be prepared to pull up at some lights and forget you're clipped in and topple over. Everyone I know who made the switch has done it (including me)

My legs deserted me today, but taking nothing away from @burndust you beat me fair and square, nice route as well. For me it was just like on the road, I need to get better at hills, off to find some sessions with climbs, oh and my legs!

Yeah that one is a good one...the climbs arnt that bad but the first 5 miles is just one constant climb which makes it hard...i think anyway...i'm a rubbish climber too...alot of hill work required

Well i had to revert to the upright excercise bike today...puncture on the real bike...i kinda thought it would happen running a narrow tyre on my rims...closer inspection revealed a rip right over the valve on the tube so i've swapped it out for a larger tube we'll see what happens tomorrow

It's 9km at 6% then a descent of -3.1% then a bit of -3.6% before a final 2.7km climb at 7.9%

I wasn't too bothered about the time, just wanted to get a rhythm of each of the three sections.
Its a cracker great find just finished

It won't stop me riding, in fact planning on going on the trainer this afternoon, if the boss will let me use her kitchen for several hours
