Time for the support call to Bkool?
I've just emailed them.

it should only take a few minutes, make sure you have the ant+ dongle really close to the trainer and try again.
Nice. The stills look very artsy. I'll try them tomorrow morning and save Geoffs long ride for the weekend.Yes they are but I never switched on the image stabilisation!
I had to disconnect the USB extention lead, and put my laptop by my resistance unit, and it worked straight away then.I've just emailed them.

But because of a niggly calf, I haven't been able to try it....getting BKool withdrawal shakes....

Need to be fit for Thursday, it's Velodrome night!![]()
I've tried all that and done it numerous times with the dongle touching the unit at various different positions. Same result each time. I think it's broken.
Yeah, I also took the night off from riding my bkool yesterday and found myself getting a bit grumpy![]()

Success! After many attempts I have got the firmware to update - You need to use the manual pairing setting otherwise it does not detect the device correctly, You can see this in the detailed info at the bottom of the setting page. You will know when it starts to works because the green light on the bkool flashes. On mine it flashed for about 2 minutes then went solid for about 3 then got a server disconnect message and a firmware update complete message. I had the ant+ stick touching the unit just below the green light and reset the bkool and the computer just before. Good luck.
Just had a short ride and the power read no longer jumps around so thats an improvement!
