And Strava Stalking you all..

Adam the suffer score is a bit of a gimmic as strava teamed with sufferfest a while back. In effect it looks at all the data and rates how hard you worked, mainly off the HR and gives a score.

I think it also can be used in the fitness/freshness data... which is bollocks:biggrin:

I had bad cramp afterwards as I didn't drink enough during the climb. Used rehydration tablets in my bottle and had lots of Diet Tonic afterwards and got through the night.

Do you use tablets? I find the High5 pink grapefruit quite pleasant and they do help reduce cramp.

Geoff

Try SIS Rego, drink while you are spinning down, it will take all your cramp troubles away :okay:

In hindsight the half a bottle of drink I consumed on the climb was nowhere near enough and probably contributed to the cramp. As I was expecting to sweat a lot I did have an electrolyte drink but didn't touch it. Now I think it's because I wore a cycling cap to stop the sweat dripping, normally I just towel my face down every few minutes. So as the cap stopped the sweat dripping down my face, I probably didn't think I was sweating as much as I normally do, therefor didn't need the drink, all round stupidity me thinks.

I've just noticed that they have generated a 3D view of my Jurassic Classic 50 Km run that I uploaded last October, so I guess they are gradually catching up.

Looks quite nice running out of Exmouth along the Sea Front!

Just over 30 miles would take a couple of hours, so perhaps a bit long for a CycleChat league run?

If anyone fancies trying it, please let me know what you think ...

Makes you laugh really doing that course in real life would be lumpy even though they have it as EASY but looking at the gradients to what we do on the turbo the profile looks easy

Well timed release from the Col Collective...

Looks much prettier than my spare room! Worth stopping for a view.

If you challenge my ride up there yesterday you get the company of mine and elite Adams ghosts. It was quite a race. Try a bit of slope reduction and see if you can win :okay:

Tee Hee I cheated. I challenged his ghost before he hit the big time. I won but any day I'm expecting a message from bkool saying he's kicked my ass by 8 mins. Then I'm going to have to involve slope reduction.:giggle:
