What did we say, don't go on the front of the pack! Don't beat yourself up Tommy, to average 20mph is a magnificent achievement over 100 miles.

To put in context a couple of club mates did a fast flat circular Time trial 100 in 4hrs 45 mins. Time trial bikes 10 miles pan flat repeated loop. So your time is fantastic:okay:
You should be:wahhey::dance:

We are:notworthy::cheers:.

I'll raise a glass of Venician(sp) wine tonight :bravo:
i think i may crack the seal on the sherry bottle for you as well - well done :thumbsup:
if i feel sick in the morning - damn you tt :okay:

@BILL S what is the extreme advent that u took part in last year ?? I am going to take up 12 hour avents next year and will do one in the uk so my family can come and watch . Or does anyone else know of any 12 hour events in th uk . More hills the better .. Thanks and see u all on bkool in October /November when the snow comes in the alps ..
Hi Ryan. Long time no see. The events I've taken part in the past few years have all been solo 24 hour mountain bike races. One is called strathpuffer 24 and the other is Relentless 24. Ive never tried 12 hour races but I reckon they'd be similar but paced somewhat different. There are some 10 hour events in Scotland but I guess there must be plenty events in England. Let me know which one you end up picking and who knows, maybe there'd be some on here interested in entering too.

That was an impressive 133 mile ride last week. Over 15000 feet of climbing!

What's the calculator for?

It's a special keyboard with some built in BKool macros, press the right button and it gives me 100 Watts to keep up with Jacob press the left and I loose 300 watts so I can tow Bill!.
Press the right one a second time and I loose 100 Watts so that I stay at the same pace as Jacob going up hill.
Press the centre button and a rocket goes off so I can keep up with Pep going up hill.

Press the right and left buttons together and it doubles my speed for riding in Zwift.

I don't use the little buttons because I can't see whats on them without putting my reading glasses on and then I can't see the TV screen.

The other reason fro the keyboard is to distract folk from noticing my swimmies drying on the left hook holding the fan on the radiator.

So the Tour of Utah stage race happens this week.

Stage 6 starts in Heber, then climbs up Provo Canyon, passing about a quarter mile from our vacation home. It then descends American Fork Canyon and proceeds to Draper and Sandy, passing about a mile from our house in Sandy before it heads up Little Cottonwood Canyon. 61 miles, 7700ft of climbing. Will I get to see any of it? No. I'll be in Park City (20 minutes from the start in Heber) with my wife. Any hint that we would leave a rare night/morning away from the kids to go watch a bike race would certainly result in a quick divorce.

The Double Devil is a ride that a few of us here have done, but it's not a MTB race ,its a road sportive. I assume its a MTB one you're looking for which consists of circuits so your family can spectate and see you (and shout abuse) as you pass the camp site each lap.
The Strathpuffer isn't exactly close to Carlisle, being north of Inverness and neither is Relentless24 (my preference these days). The thing about the Strathpuffer is that its January, but entries are almost certainly all taken now as it's a high profile race. Relentless 24 can in my experience be entered any time upto the race date in October.

Hello CycleChatters. Does anyone know how to find the Lejog league that was on Bkool last year please? I can find the groups for the first, middle and last sections but not the actual league. Any ideas?
