Yes warm up will start at 5pm (or 7pm) on Thursday. Search routes at just after 5pm and it should be the first one listed and have a yellow banner making it obvious

I just bought a Bkool pro, but i can only get 40 watts...

Hi Lima. The amount of watts you can make all depends on the person. For example, my wife would not be able to make 40 watts, but most bkoolers can make a fair bit more than that. If you're an average cyclist it should be over 100 watts.
I have no cadence sensor either and that doesn't affect the watts readout.

Are you turning the pedals?
Take the power cableout and wait 10 seconds and reinsert it. You should hear the magnets moving around.

Dear Daddy Pig
I can get 60 watts with my right arm but only 40 watts with my left.
Do I need to pull my wire for 10 seconds?

The pro can use your power curve to give cadence all be it not very well.
If your power output is being limited by the resistance in that you physically can't pedal any harder but the speed you get is similar to that which you would get outdoors then Bill S is correct. (for a change).
What is your cycling background?
