I'm pretty sure, I can't improve my SC2 time, as that was the one that got me to the Pro 3 level. Besides, I need to do CG4 today or tomorrow, before the CG July league ends. Then I need to do both SC4 and SC5 before Wednesday, as I'm at a football tournament/camp with my son from Wednesday till Sunday next week... You do whatever stage you like, and then I'll find some ghosts to play around with on the other stages.

Just keep that up an get older and your ranking will increase.
Loose a few pounds and your W/kg will rise as well, again along with your ranking.
As the merecat says, "Simple!".

Good for me.
Still not in my best fettle but I have a feeling that the peak has been crested and I only have a descent left.

And I did mean fettle and not fertile DP!

Well its hard for me not to be thinking along the same lines but I'll try to put it off for a year or two if possible. Just started cycling to work on the mountain bike which I can almost keep in a straight line so that might help a bit.
Anyway, I'd better go and set up the SC stage 2 ride for 5pm.

My deficit and yours on Jacob are:
S1. 01:40 & 01:50 total 03:30
S2. 01:08 & 02:16 total 03:24
S3. 01:16 & 02:00 total 03:16
S4. -00:14 & 01:30 total 01:16

I have a feeling Jacob will be doing S4 again but S! & S2 are our worse at the moment

S1 is only 13.6km so is really just an all out sprint hence not conducive to 'teaming' but with all the fast ghosts there some improvement could be made.

S2 is almost 30 km so there may be some considerable gains to be made (or lost).

Wow Thanks AAAC!! :notworthy: You towed me from 32nd place to 10th in that stage and nearly 4 mins quicker . I'm totally knackered but very happy with the result. No sign of you fading at all and I know you could easily have been up at the front had you not been working for the team.
I think you have many good years left in you yet if tonight was anything to go by :sun:

Its a good work out for me having to adjust my tempo on the hoof to suite other riders.
Virtual riding does not make it as easy as reality.
I must admit I was a little frustrated that we came so close to the two Danes out front, I thought if only I could make our group a trio you would get more draft.
I was half watching the race ahead in the leader board and was surprised to see how long I featured out front from my last ride, perhaps I could get some time back.
I was also surprised how late Pep came through.
Edit: Then I looked at the stats graph from his ride!
