I'm calling you flasher Jim from now on, one moment you are on my wheel and then Scotty beamed you up and then you came back but you kept flashing on/off.
I know your a friendly kind of guy but there are boundaries you know and flashing is one of them!
:smooch:

I was working very hard to hang on to you as my tummy was cramping due to a late dinner (for me). That's why I prefer to cycle earlier. I wish I hadn't disappeared (or was it all you who left me?) as I lost motivation.. and strength and my HR went through the roof.. xx( I'll try it again after the weekend and borrow your ghost Marino..

You've done that to me a couple of times before AAAC and I'm never sure if it helps or not.

Know the feeling.
Your busting your gut and 'big push' appears on the road and you think 'wot the fek do you think I've been doing for the last half hour.
None the less comments aside the pure fact that some begger is watching you and even perhaps annoying you a tad you have to keep going because your being watched.
Once it's all over and the pain has gone you then think, well perhaps I did push a bit harder than I would have done, so thank you for making me work.
Not sure if my 'did you have to start again ?' taunt to Jim would have helped much though.
I'll stick with advice on how high the guy in fronts HR is in future and definitely go find mine so watchers can guage how deep I am already.

^_^ I was kidding AAAC and I'm sure we'd all agree that abuse painted on the road is always most welcome. Actually I only replied because I wanted to change the quote to be slightly more realistic (in your case)
"Hurry up you slow barsteward", " 500 fecking watts?? is that all you can make after a half hour of riding"?
Slight exaggeration perhaps but I'm sure you once wrote something along those lines on the road in front of me.
At the time its a slight :cursing: but after the ride :giggle:. So don't stop please.

I suppose anyone who doesn't like abuse painted on the road can join Zwift where the only option for spectators is to send the rider big huggz :hugs:

No fence taken Sir.

My favourite is normally a simple "more watts!" or "now start pedalling!"
The last one a fib because you only get 7 or 8 letters on two lines but it would be a good one.

Goombas /ˈɡuːmbə/, known in Japan as Kuribo (クリボー Kuribō, [kɯ.ɾʲi.boː]), are a species of sentient mushrooms from Zwift's Mario franchise. They first appeared in the video game Super Mario Zwift, as the first enemy Bkool riders encounter on cyclechat.
