I'm out for 2 weeks from Friday, so will have some catching up to do on my return

I'll be off the bike for 2 weeks as of Friday as well . Dog sitting . I may get a chance to do the last July CG ride, but I don't fancy digging boxer dog paws or jowls out of the rear wheel or chainset . I will however be doing much more walking than normal in the local parks .

I've already suffered on SC3, so will have a stab at CG3 at 7 if anyone fancies joining.

Good on - I'll start a league session at 7 with a 10min warm-up and off at 7-10.

Yes, but I expect the bikeshop to test such things. I just had it "serviced" 2 weeks ago... But they probably spent more time lubing an already lubed chain and writing the bill...

I wondered what happened to you. I saw you about 1.5 mins up the road, then next time I see you you're a minute behind me! Figured you might have had a PC problem.

Spent about 3 minutes getting that chain loose and then back on the chainring. The chainstay protective shield also came off, so now I have to glue that thingy back on, when I get home!
