No CG race for me tonight so please someone else start it.

Thanks AAAC for waiting for me so much - you might have noticed I was struggling a bit! I have a stinking cold and actually only intended pootling around gently, but that plan soon went out the window! I hadn't warmed up at all either. That was probably a bad idea to go as hard as that - feel even worse now. Oh well

Cheers Whortmiester... for the first time ever, in the history of Bkool, I deselected your ghost as I just cannot compete with you anymore... I'm happy with my new red hat though...

Away to the People's Republic of Yorkshire for a couple of days, so no ....

Going to explore my loft whilst home, see if I can dig out any old cycling jerseys.. they may just fit me again..

I'm pretty convinced my new found 'power' is mostly due to the tyre being pumped up and it rolling better and holding speed. In the real world @rob01792 is stronger than me, so we all need to take BKool with a pinch of salt . At least now though, I have a target on my back for you guys to chase

I may have to do CG1 or CG2 as @Perky77 has sent me emails where he has beaten me by 7 and 22 seconds respectively ..... do I have the will to try and gain those times diffs back? I think I'll wait until he does CG3 to see if it is worth the effort or not Never been that close to @Perky77 before so maybe I should just be thankful and let it lie (maybe )

There's been an update on Bkool's web site. As we have seen, from past experience, where they give with one update, they also take or break with the same update. The manual upload of files appears to be broken. I have been uploading my BRVR sessions to do some comparison sessions between the two. Not anymore, at the moment .

We are so equally matched at the moment it would be great to have a live ride and work together. The problem is I can't make a 7pm session due to family and the children.
